I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while having a nice pool terrace, were a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. The noise from the restaurant nearby was a downside, making it hard to rate the hotel very highly overall.
This hotel was a fantastic find! The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, dining options were limited, but the facilities were top-notch. A great value for money stay!
My stay at JW Marriott Miami had its ups and downs. The location is great for safe evening strolls and close proximity to the port of Miami, but the rooms fell short despite multiple attempts to improve them. The service was lacking, especially in housekeeping, although some amenities like room service were available.
